Brisqo is an AI phone receptionist for small service businesses, operated by Golden Gate Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through www.brisqo.net and the Brisqo service, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: info@brisqo.net.
Information we collect
- Forms on this website. When you request a trial or download our guide: your first name, email address, and optionally your phone number, business name, business type, plan interest and any message you write.
- Basic technical data. The page you came from, campaign tags in the link (utm parameters), IP address and browser type. We use these to prevent abuse and to see which channels bring visitors.
- Brisqo subscribers. Business contact details we need to run your account: owner name, email, mobile number for alerts, business hours, services and calendar settings.
- Calls answered for our subscribers. When Brisqo answers a call for a business, it processes what the caller shares (such as name, phone number, email, and the reason for the call) to book the appointment and tell the business about it. We handle this information on behalf of that business.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, set up and run your Brisqo account, and provide support.
- To book appointments and send the related confirmations and alerts.
- To send you the guide you asked for, or an occasional email about Brisqo, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To keep the service secure and working, and to improve it.
We do not sell personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
Brisqo sends text alerts only to subscribers who have agreed to receive them. See our SMS terms for details.
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Information may be shared only with the service providers that deliver the messages for us.
Service providers
We use trusted vendors to run Brisqo, for example for hosting and databases, email delivery, voice and phone services, text message delivery, AI language processing, and calendar and spreadsheet tools. They receive only what they need to perform their service for us and may not use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. Subscribers can ask us to delete their account data when they leave.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email.
- Reply STOP to any Brisqo text to stop texts.
- Email info@brisqo.net to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. California residents may have additional rights under state law, and we will respond to requests as the law requires.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections and access controls, to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
Brisqo is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
